Tel Aviv University and President, International Commision on Clouds and PrecipitationProf. Levin is lead author of a report being prepared for the World Meteorological Organization and the International Union on Geodesy and Geophysics on the effect of aerosol pollution on precipitation. The talk will describe the main points of that report.
