Mr Soltis has a background in soil science and the public involvement process in water resource management. He has been involved in all aspects of development and activities of the UW Air Quality Research Group, including it’s inception in 2008. Mr Soltis developed the first ozone animation for Sublette County in 2009. This showed the importance of both production and movement of ozone during episode conditions.
