Dear IN-WG members:

I have finally written drafts of the notes of the Everett meeting and some
additional material.  Also have constructed (with Al's and Larry Oolman's
help) a web page to hold our documents and email.  The web address is
http://www-das.uwyo.edu/~vali/nucl.  Please take a look there.  I assumed
that it is OK to post .pdf files for viewing and printing via Adobe
Reader.  If this is a problem please let me know.  All kinds of other
glitches are likely to prop up so please be patient and let me know about
problems.

Instructions for submitting email messages to the web page are included on
the page.  Briefly, send email to: nucl@raccoon.uwyo.edu.  If you want to
post documents other than email please let me know and I'll give you
instructions how to do that; it will be a manual process.

As the first step, I'd like to ask for your comments on the Notes.
Second, please comment on how the Discussion Topics are posed, and for
indications of who will address them.  We should do both of these by
September 10, 1998.  At that point I will post a combined document setting
out our strategy and the topics to be addressed.  Ater that, it seems to
me that telegraph style inputs to the Topics would be appropriate, with
references to fuller descriptions of details, if available?  This first
round of inputs should be completed by September 30, 1998.  Beyond that,
we could probably allow a month for discussions and start on the detailed
writing by November.

I suggest some names next to most questions, but that should neither
force, nor limit inputs.  I plan to address some of the questions too.
